A new wardrobe for the new season is something we’re all looking forward to as the summer comes to an end. But refreshing your closet for fall doesn’t have to break the bank. Affordable fall fashion without compromising quality is absolutely possible.
You guys know how much I love incorporating affordable pieces to maximize my wardrobe, making everyday dressing easeful and effortlessly stylish. So when Walmart invited me to try out the latest fall styles from Walmart fashion, I was of course more than excited to pull together some go-to fall looks with staple pieces that can last all season long. Let’s get into the outfit details!
I’ve always believed that leopard print works all year long, but it definitely has a special moment in the fall. As temperatures slowly begin to drop (and the wind picks up here in Chicago), I’m always searching for an easy, on-the-go jacket that I can grab on the way out the door. This leopard print jacket will be the perfect “neutral” to work with any outfit, while also serving as a statement piece to add something extra to an everyday, casual look.
Comfort also plays a major role for me these days when it comes to my personal style. I gravitated towards this sandwash short-sleeve t-shirt and these soft knit leggings in dark denim, first and foremost because they simply feel good. They feel like the type of items you can live in, from running Saturday morning errands to Sunday afternoon brunch. Admittedly, I’m usually a tough sell on leggings that resemble jeans, but the quality of these from Walmart won me over. I also love the fact that I can quickly style these leggings with another top, featured here with the white boho peasant blouse, and the result is a completely different look. Again, ease without compromising style.
Lastly, let’s talk shoes! I was blown away by Walmart’s fall shoe selection. I chose two styles that I know will work seamlessly with my wardrobe all season long. Since mules are already the perfect “transitioning into fall” shoe, I purchased one pair in black and another in snake for endless styling options.
